The Hungry Monk Rescue Truck is a New York City based Homeless Outreach and Community Response Vehicle (CRV).
Inspired by the Benedictine command of Hospitality for "all who knock at the door", the Hungry Monk Crew aims to "Do Good" for our Sisters and Brothers experiencing homelessness. By moving the mission out to the streets, the Hungry Monk Rescue Truck has the ability to deliver quality hot meals and bring immediate comfort and care to those who are in most need.
